Add SGR pixel mouse reporting
Add DECSET 1016 as the SGR pixel-position mouse mode. Treat it as the
SGR extended-coordinate mode plus a pixel-coordinate flag, matching xterm set/reset behavior so 1006 and 1016 report as distinct modes.
Use high-resolution mouse coordinates when the backend supplies them and
fall back to cell coordinates when the conio path only has text mouse positions. Expose the active 1016 state to Wren and bump the CTerm
revision to 1.330 so servers can detect support through DA.
