Add blob APC media commands
Add direct blob variants for PPM, PBM, JPEG XL, and audio APC media paths so callers can send transient payloads without publishing shared cache filenames.
Refactor PPM/PBM parsing to use a bounded memory reader, with file-backed reads mapped through xpmap(), and add libsndfile virtual I/O decoding for A;LoadBlob. Document the new verbs and gate them on CTerm DA revision 1.329.
